In an interview with Rutgers journalism and media studies student Samiha Charles for WRSU Rutgers Radio’s “Knightbeat” program, Rutgers Global Health Institute director Richard Marlink discusses global health topics.

In this 13-minute interview, Marlink offers perspective on the importance of a global response to COVID-19, vaccine infrastructure in Africa, as well as vaccine production and safety. He also explains the role of member countries in the World Health Organization (WHO) and responds to questions about how America’s participation in WHO can benefit the global community.
