Application Deadline – Transforming Food Systems for Sustainability

Rutgers School of Public Health and Harokopio University in Athens, Greece, jointly present a unique local global health learning opportunity.
Transforming Food Systems for Sustainability is a 3-credit course to be held in New Brunswick, New Jersey, for 2 weeks in June. Students and faculty from both Rutgers and Greece’s Harokopio University will participate. This course will take an in-depth look at how food system transformations can support shifts toward sustainable diets. Students will benefit from out-of-classroom experiences, including site visits, food tours, and an overnight stay at the Jersey shore.
