Finding Your Path
Global health problems evolve continually, and our capabilities must evolve along with them. Whatever your field of study might be, there is a role for you to play as a future global health leader, scholar, or practitioner. We need majors in the humanities as well as the health care professions, in business and engineering as well as public health, to help meet these complex challenges.
Rutgers—with its vast expertise, remarkable diversity, and deep commitment to serving the needs of communities—is the perfect place to begin and further your exploration of global health.
Whether through academic programs and coursework, joining the Rutgers Global Health Institute Student Council, participation in the Global Health Case Competition, or involvement in a student organization or outreach initiative, there are many ways to incorporate global health into your educational experience.
