From Exposure to Vaccination: The Role of Structural Racism in COVID-19 Inequities

The Rutgers Office of Faculty Development and the School of Public Health present a webinar at 10 a.m. on January 28.

A lecture by Thomas LaVeist, dean and Weatherhead Presidential Chair in Health Equity at Tulane School of Public Health, will explore the social and structural factors driving racial inequities in COVID-19 exposure, outcomes, and vaccine uptake over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic. There also will be a Q&A moderated by Teri Lassiter, assistant dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion at the Rutgers School of Public Health.
