Successful Aging in the Era of COVID-19

The Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research (IFH) presents a virtual panel discussion at 6 p.m. on February 17 about the many challenges facing older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. In celebration of the institute’s 35th anniversary, the event also will recognize the institute’s legacy of population health research and discuss its vision for the future of healthy aging.

Successful Aging in the Era of COVID-19 panelists include:

  • XinQi Dong – director of IFH and the inaugural Henry Rutgers Professor of Population Health Sciences
  • Paul D. Cleary – Anna M.R. Lauder Professor and dean emeritus, Yale School of Public Health
  • Susan Reinhard – director, AARP Public Policy Institute; chief strategist, Center to Champion Nursing in America
  • Vincent Mor – Florence Pirce Grant Professor of Community Health, Brown University School of Public Health; senior health scientist, Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center
