COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Perth Amboy

Rutgers Global Health Institute is collaborating with partner organizations to hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
The clinic will offer Pfizer and Moderna vaccines for individuals aged 5 and older. Booster doses are available for adults, and booster recipients should bring their vaccination card. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Partner organizations involved with the clinic include Iglesia Ciudad de Refugio, VNA Health Group, New Jersey Department of Health, City of Perth Amboy, Perth Amboy Redevelopment Team for Neighborhood Enterprise and Revitalization, and Rutgers Global Health Institute. The clinic is a component of the institute’s Equitable Recovery COVID-19 response program.
