Community Health Fair

Rutgers Global Health Institute is collaborating with partner organizations to hold a community health fair on Sunday, October 2, 2022, from 12 to 5 p.m. in Orange, New Jersey.
The health fair will offer various health screenings and related services (see list below), educational resources about health topics, and Medicare and Medicaid health insurance information. There also will be free food and entertainment for children and adults (DJ music, bounce house, face painting).
Health services offered include:
- oral screening and referral
- colorectal cancer screening
- behavioral health services
- domestic violence awareness
- blood pressure testing
- HIV testing
- body massage
- facial skin therapy
- social service assistance
- COVID-19 vaccination
- sexual health education
- health insurance information (Medicare and Medicaid)

Free and open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome; advance registration is not required. For COVID-19 vaccination and some health services, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
