The Rutgers-NYU Center for Asian Health Promotion and Equity is holding a panel discussion at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in recognition of AAPI Heritage Month. The following information is from the event description provided by the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research (IFH):
The AAPI Heritage Month Celebration Panel will feature a discussion on AAPI health research focused on the impact of climate change on health and health care as well as health care’s impact on climate change. Soko Setoguchi, a core member of IFH’s Center for Pharmacoepidemiology and Treatment Science and a professor of medicine and epidemiology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and School of Public Health, will moderate the panel, whose members include Keith Chan of Hunter College, Isabel Ching of Hamilton-Madison House, Eun Young Choi of New York University, Arnab Gosh of Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University, Khai Hoan Nguyen of Rutgers, Varsha Singh of South Asian Total Health Initiatives, and Mitchel Wu of CPC Queens Community Center.
