Shaheen Abkenari provides support for the research and evaluation efforts for oncology programs in Botswana. She has prior experience working in laboratory research and holds a bachelor of science in biological sciences from UCLA. She is currently pursuing a master of science in infectious diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a member institution of the University of London. She was born and raised in Gaborone, Botswana.
