Lara De Meo Hoyt conceives and implements communications strategies to advance the institute’s mission. Prior to joining the institute, she was director of content development for Rutgers’ Department of Foundation and Alumni Communications and alumni managing editor of Rutgers Magazine. While in that role, Lara developed brand messaging and oversaw content creation for Rutgers’ largest comprehensive fundraising campaign and several universitywide alumni engagement initiatives. She first joined Rutgers in public relations for Mason Gross School of the Arts and previously worked in health care advertising. She holds a master of arts in journalism from New York University.
