Itzhak Yanovitzky is an expert in the areas of behavior change communication, social marketing, public health policy-making, and program evaluation. He has extensive experience with community capacity-building across a broad range of health and wellness issues, such as substance abuse, mental health, cancer prevention, and food safety.

He has conducted work with immigrant populations in New Jersey and in sub-Saharan African countries to build capacity for health communication training.
