Tapologo Leselwa
Tapologo Lilian Leselwa is an assistant program coordinator for the national cancer needs assessment that the Botswana-Rutgers Partnership for Health is leading in Botswana. She facilitates the recruitment, enrollment, and interviewing of study participants; conducts quantitative interviews; and participates in qualitative focus group discussions. She also performs data entry and data quality control.
She has worked as a researcher for the University of Botswana, Botswana–Harvard AIDS Institute Partnership, and Botswana–UPenn Partnership. She has been involved with projects related to HIV infection, testing, and treatment and HIV-related associations with cancer in humans, with particular focus on women in Botswana and limited-resource settings.
Leselwa has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Botswana and is pursuing a master’s degree in social work there.
