Lynette Lee coordinates and implements the institute’s Equitable Recovery program in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this capacity, she offers resilience support services to the city’s small businesses that are facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For over 10 years, she has worked in the nonprofit sector, most recently as assistant coordinator for the Middlesex County Council for Young Children, a part of Prevent Child Abuse–New Jersey. Previously, she worked as the Community Partnership Coordinator for Puerto Rican Action Board, assisting in program management for the Harmony Family Success Center in New Brunswick. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her educational background includes project management coursework at Rutgers University and studies in education and psychology at Westminster Choir College of Rider University.
