Solanggy Guillen
Community Engagement Coordinator, Rutgers Global Health Institute
Solanggy Guillen coordinates and implements the Equitable Recovery program in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. In this capacity, she offers resilience support services to neighborhoods that are facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She previously worked for the Supplemental Instruction program at Kean University, where she served as a teacher assistant for professors in the Department of History and assisted students who struggled academically in history courses. She is pursuing a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in literature at Kean University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
